On the eve of the new NBL season, we are excited to announce an innovative partnership between Workplace Law and the Adelaide 36ers centred around the leadership and culture space.
In announcing the new partnership, Director and CEO Shane Koelmeyer said:
“I believe that the corporate world can best learn from sporting teams about how to build and maintain great team cultures. Having watched and listened to C.J. Bruton I was impressed with his selfless leadership, commitment to creating a culture where opportunities are earned and players are supported to be the best versions of themselves on/off the court – that resonated with how we do things. His insights will be invaluable in helping our firm and our clients when it comes to maintaining excellence in culture and leadership.”

Australians love sport – whether that is playing, watching on television, hosting match-day barbecues or attending live sporting events. Understandably, sport ignites a significant degree of passion and excitement for everyone involved, including spectators.
In 2003, Workplace Law was born. We were one of the first law firms to exclusively advise and act for employers...our tagline at the time said it all “Your partner in workplace relations”.
Building on the long term support of women's sport and the recent success of the FIFA Women's World Cup, we are excited to share some news about our next sporting partnership.
We wanted to express how grateful we are for the support of our valued clients and partners – it continues to be a genuine joy to work with all of you. The challenges and pressures on Australian employers have never been greater and we will continue to do our very best to help you navigate all of that.
