Workplace Law evolves
In 2003, Workplace Law was born. We were one of the first law firms to exclusively advise and act for employers...our tagline at the time said it all “Your partner in workplace relations”.

We are tremendously proud of our existing ‘Champion’ athletes and teams who continue to represent our firm, our values, their teams and themselves in the right way.
We are delighted to announce the amazingly talented and highly skilled Chloe Dalton as our latest Female Champion.
Chloe began her sporting career playing basketball for the Sydney Uni Flames in the WNBL. She then transitioned to Rugby, where she debuted for the Australian Rugby 7s team and helped the team to win Gold in the Rio 2016 Olympics.
She has been awarded for her elite sporting ability with an Order of Australia Medal for Service to Sport and recognised as Australia’s top Rugby 7s player in 2017, winning the Shawn Mackay Medal.
She then debuted her talents playing for Carlton in the AFLW 2019 Grand Final. Her quick success named her Runner-Up in the Carlton Best and Fairest Awards for the 2020 season.
In addition to being one of Australia’s few triple sport elite athletes, Chloe graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy). She incredibly worked part-time as a physiotherapist while playing AFLW.
Chloe has now returned to Rugby 7s and has begun training in preparation for the Tokyo Olympics in 2021.
“After listening to Chloe’s first podcast I just had to reach out to her for a chat. Her sporting career speaks for itself but what really struck me was her genuine passion to use her profile to make a difference…not for herself…but for other female athletes and young girls who want to play sport at the highest level.
Chloe is also passionate about sharing her experiences to help people and businesses adapt to change, to understand true high performance, to practice resilience, and to learn how they can play their part when it comes to gender equality and inclusion. We are excited to collaborate with Chloe on knowledge sharing opportunities for athletes and our clients.”
- Workplace Law Director and CEO, Shane Koelmeyer
Chloe has recently started her new podcast - The [Female] Athlete Project. She chats to, and shares the stories of, fellow female athletes while discussing key themes relevant to her mission around female athletes and gender equality in sport.
We genuinely appreciate how supportive our clients are in relation to our Female Champions Program and hope that you will find the time to listen to Chloe’s podcasts and follow her sporting journey.
